Jebray is a temporary email service. We collect minimal information:

• Email content: Incoming emails are stored temporarily and auto-deleted after 24 hours for guest users.
• Account data: If you register, we store your username and a hashed password (bcrypt). We never store plain-text passwords.
• IP addresses: Used temporarily for rate limiting. Not stored permanently.

• To provide the temporary email receiving service
• To manage user accounts and mailbox ownership
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting

Data Retention

• Guest mailboxes: Auto-deleted after 24 hours
• Registered user mailboxes: Retained until released by the user
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

Security

We use bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS encryption, session security with HttpOnly cookies, and rate limiting to protect your account.
